Scheduling Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment. Please notify us promptly to reschedule or cancel your service.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Fees are based on the volume of items to be cleared and the complexity of the job. An estimate will be provided during the booking process.
Payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transactions.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your service, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. Refunds for canceled services will be processed as per our refund policy, outlined below.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% refund
- No-shows: No refund
